I define creativity as an inexplicable need to produce. This is a collection of visual experiments showcasing what happens when my mind, my heart, my words and my skill set are allowed to freely express the points of view, ideas, and attitudes that exist outside the realm of commercial assignments. This blog was started on February 1st, 2011. Over time, I hope this blog will serve as a visual flowchart representing my own personal growth as an artist, designer and critical observer of the world I'm fortunate enough to live in.
All of the work posted in the Chronicles has been created with a set of restrictions in place. I allow myself no longer than 1 hour for each frame and will attempt to post one image or animated segment each day. The ability to post daily will vary based on my day job requirements at the time. Animation will undoubtedly require a greater span of time well beyond the 1 hour time constraint. All imagery is created from scratch and is entirely produced by me. Enjoy the project! Comments, critique and suggestions are welcome and much appreciated!

I'm also always on the look out for the perfect musical score to accompany my current mindset. These are some tracks in which I've found inspiration recently.
"Won't You Open Up Your Senses (edit)" by Horace Silver from the album "Under The Influence".
"Kiara" by Bonobo from the album "Black Sands".
"The Music" by JK Soul from the album "Dinner with the Beatz Vol. 1".
"It's Your World (B Side)" by Common from the album "Under The Influence".
"Brooklyn Sunset" by AFTA-1 from the album "F O R M".
